Preventative Maintenance Program –

3DT’s system are highly dependable & have superb longevity. But every hard-working piece of equipment needs preventative maintenance. Consequently, 3DT now offers full maintenance services. We will send one of our highly trained service team to your facility at a prearranged time to provide a comprehensive service check of your 3DT system resulting in ideal production and surface treatment. Our service member will complete a thorough examination of your system, provide adjustments & replace worn parts, as needed. Every aspect of your corona or plasma system will be checked – treating heads, electrodes, cables and wiring, transformer, panels & boards, system supply, exhaust, and more.  Parts will be charged at the standard cost. Contract Surface Treatment Program –

Customers who are not ready to purchase a surface treatment system or their production volume is too low to justify a purchase will be happy to learn that 3DT offers contract corona and plasma surface treatment. 3DT’s team will closely collaborate with customers regarding their specific application. We will test, measure and recommend a treatment process ensuring the required surface treatment properties are met. Our expert staff will then process the parts to agreed upon specifications and return them to the customer for further processing steps. Additionally, 3DT would be glad to set up repeat intervals to meet the customer’s supply demands.
