Engineered for labels, films and web materials, WebDyne™ is 3DT’s newest corona treatment system, designed to improve surface energy for better adhesion, precise printing and stronger, longer-lasting bonds.
WebDyne can treat web widths from 10 to 120 inches and can be configured for single- or double-sided treatment of low-surface-energy materials. Its compact, flexible design makes it easy to integrate into narrow, medium or wide web processing lines.
Designed around your specific process, WebDyne delivers reliable pretreatment for printing, coating and laminating applications. A cartridge-style electrode system provides easy access for electrode adjustment, replacement and cleaning, while the advanced UltraDyne™ generator delivers precise, consistent treatment.
WebDyne is engineered for straightforward operation and integration, with an intuitive touchscreen operator interface for easy system control and monitoring.
